About Us

For many years now (since 2003) we've been working with our clients to design their new homes, and to develop their properties.

We're well placed to offer an ongoing consulting service to our clients in all aspects of residential property development.

The company was formed in 2012 and originally based in Victoria - we have many happy clients in the Geelong area, and throughout regional Victoria.

In 2023 we relocated our business to the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, so now we can service both our Victorian and Queensland clients.

We focus on helping you find suitable land to purchase, helping you secure finance if required, while designing your new home/s, and we help you choose a reputable builder who can take care of the construction process.
